If you just want to buy stuff and not worry about removing DRM, Kobo is the best option in the US store at least. but it's by far the best for epub I've tried (and I've tried most if not all). There's some library stuff that I dislike about it, and I'm not a fan of an annual fee to use their cloud storage for syncing when I already have a OneDrive account that could easily perform the same function.
